I messaged Louisa via facebook on recommendation from a friend, after having ongoing issues with my horse and next to no help from another vet. I had come across a possible option for what the issue was, and she was really supportive and positive without knowing us, arranged a time to come out and was able to organise treatment straight away. She left me feeling really confident that we were going to find out what was going on one way or another. Has been great keeping ongoing contact, and the cost was really reasonable.
